T flow (“Company,” “T flow”) provides AI powered trade document verification and automated shipping document creation and management services (“Service”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the Company.

Article 1Definition of Service

1) T flow is a SaaS platform that provides trade related services with the following features:

  • Analysis of Letters of Credit (L/C) and contracts
  • Automated creation of shipping documents (CI, PL, B/L, etc.)
  • Consistency verification across documents
  • Trade document management and collaboration tools
  • Cloud based EDI integration for external document issuance

Article 2Agreement to the Terms

  1. By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  2. These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service website.
  3. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted under applicable laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. When amended, the Company will specify the reason and effective date and notify users at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
  4. If the user continues to use the Service after the effective date, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. If the user does not agree, the user may terminate the service agreement.

Article 3Rules Outside the Terms

  1. The Company may establish separate terms or policies for paid or individual services. If such terms conflict with these Terms, the separate terms shall prevail.
  2. Any matters not specified herein shall follow applicable laws or general commercial practices. Users may not claim exemption based on these Terms.

Article 4Eligibility

  1. The Service is intended for corporate (legal entity) use.
  2. Users must have legitimate authority to represent their organization.
  3. Providing false information may result in restricted access.
  4. Individual use is permitted only in a personal capacity.

Article 5Approval and Restriction of Service Application

1) The Company may refuse or later terminate an application for any of the following reasons:

  • The applicant previously lost user eligibility under these Terms, unless one year has passed and re registration has been approved.
  • Use of another person's identity or company name, false or omitted required information, or intentional misrepresentation.
  • Applications made for purposes that disrupt public order or morality.
  • Insufficient service infrastructure or technical issues preventing contract formation.
  • Applications intended to significantly interfere with the Company's business.
  • Any other case reasonably deemed to violate applicable laws or these Terms.

2) Even after approval, if any of the above is discovered, the Company may suspend or restrict service use, terminate the agreement, or revoke membership.


Article 6Modification of Member Information

  1. Members may view and modify their personal information at any time through the account management page. However, essential information such as company name or ID may require a separate request via email.
  2. Members must notify the Company of any changes to their information.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to notify such changes.

Article 7Account and Organization Management

  1. Users must provide accurate company and account information.
  2. The Service operates on an organization based account structure, and administrators may invite members and manage permissions.
  3. Users are responsible for managing their accounts.

Article 8Scope and Restrictions of Service Use

1) Users may use the Service only for the following purposes:

  • Creation and review of trade documents
  • Consistency verification and risk management
  • Other purposes aligned with the Service's intended functionality

2) The following actions are prohibited:

  • Use for illegal activities or unlawful transactions
  • Unauthorized system access, crawling, or automated attacks
  • Theft of another person's information or permissions

Article 9Termination of Service Agreement

1) Users may terminate the agreement at any time by submitting a withdrawal request through the website.

2) The Company may terminate the agreement and restrict re registration for the following reasons, and may provide an opportunity for the user to explain beforehand:

  • Failure to pay fees for paid services
  • Posting prohibited content or attempting transactions contrary to public order
  • Using another person's identity or business registration number
  • Failure to comply with corrective requests after violating laws or Terms, causing significant disruption to the Company
  • Any other case deemed inappropriate as a user

Article 10Notice Regarding AI Features

  1. T flow analyzes documents and provides results using AI.
  2. AI outputs are for reference only, and the final responsibility lies with the user.
  3. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or legal validity of AI results.

Article 11User Data and Documents

  1. Users retain rights to documents and data they upload.
  2. The Company may use such data for service provision and improvement (including de identification).
  3. The Company implements reasonable security measures to protect data.

Article 12External System Integration - EDI, etc.

1) The Service may integrate with external institutions such as:

  • Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Korea Customs Service, shipping lines, freight forwarders, etc.
  • The Company is not responsible for errors, delays, or policy changes of external systems.
  • Users must comply with the policies of each external institution.

Article 13Fees and Payment

1) The Service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled, and fees are charged to the registered payment method at the end of each subscription period.
  • The Company may change service fees and will notify users at least seven (7) days in advance.
  • Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

2) Users must pay the agreed service fees.

3) Payments may be processed through third party payment services.


Article 14Information and Advertisements

  1. The Company may display advertisements within the Service.
  2. Advertising messages may be sent only to users who have consented to receive them, and users may opt out at any time.
  3. The Service may contain banners or links to third party advertisements or services.
  4. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or stability of external services accessed through such links.

Article 15Prohibition of Transfer

1) Users may not transfer or pledge their service rights to others, except in the following cases with prior Company approval:

  • Death of a sole proprietor: succession by the legal heir
  • Change in company type: the successor company
  • Corporate merger: surviving corporation
  • Consolidation of multiple corporations: newly formed corporation
  • Corporate division: the divided corporation that acquires usage rights

2) In such cases, users must submit documentation proving succession within one (1) month, and the Company will review and notify the decision.


Article 16Compensation for Damages

1) The Company is liable for damages caused by its intentional or grossly negligent acts.

2) The Company is not liable in the following cases:

  • Service instability or suspension due to prior notice or scheduled maintenance
  • Damages attributable to the user
  • Damages caused by events beyond the Company's control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, power outages)

3) Claims must be submitted in writing, specifying the cause, amount, and calculation basis.

4) The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user’s intent or negligence.


Article 17Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for issues arising from the following:

  1. Information or data obtained through the Service
  2. Accuracy or reliability of content posted by users
  3. Post transaction matters between users (e.g., delivery, returns, disputes)
  4. Security breaches caused by user negligence
  5. Failure to obtain expected benefits from the Service
  6. Mental or financial damages suffered by other users
  7. Risks arising from voluntarily disclosed personal information
  8. Issues arising from external sites linked through the Company's website
  9. Damages not caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence

Article 18Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All rights to the Service and related technologies belong to the Company.
  2. Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the Service.

Article 19Privacy Protection

1) The Company protects user personal information in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy. External linked services are not covered by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

2) The Company may provide user information to third parties within the scope permitted by law in the following cases:

  • Requests from investigative or government agencies due to legal violations
  • Information protection tasks related to user misconduct
  • Other cases required by law

Article 20Refund Policy

The Company provides refunds within seven (7) days of subscription only if the paid member has not used paid benefits more than twice.

Article 21Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. Any disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.

Article 22Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of the Service.
