XRPL Settlement Overview Dashboard

A finance-oriented dashboard that brings all of your company's XRPL escrow/settlement cases together in one place. It summarizes how many cases are pending, in progress, completed, or failed; how much value is locked (in escrow) versus already released; and which cases have moved recently.

💡 Who uses this? The company Master who oversees the payment and settlement flow, and the settlement manager. Without opening each project's payment screen one by one, you can see at a glance where and how much of the company's funds are tied up and how they have been released.

ℹ️ Visibility conditions — This dashboard and the sidebar Settlement Overview menu are visible only to the company Master or the settlement manager. Without permission, the menu is not shown and the address does not open even if you enter it directly.

The menu is visible only to the company Master or a settlement manager.Visibility conditions If you don't see it, ask your company Master to assign you as a settlement manager.

2. Screen Layout

The screen is organized into three rows, from top to bottom. The first row holds the four status group cards that bucket settlement cases by status, the second row the KPI strip summarizing amounts and success rate, and the third row the recent case table, activity feed, and fund flow.

ℹ️ This dashboard is an aggregated view of all cases your company is involved in. The execution of individual cases, such as locking and releasing funds, takes place on each project's payment screen.

From here on, this is what the company Master does.

3. Assigning a Settlement Manager

So that people other than the Master can view the settlement overview, the company Master can assign settlement managers.

Access: Top-right profile menu → Organization(tflowx.com/my/organization) → Settlement tab (assigning managers is Master only)

  • Shows a card list of managers and lets you add by email.
  • The Master registers/revokes managers.
  • Assigned managers can then view the settlement overview dashboard.

4. Company wallets and the payment password ✨ NEW

A company wallet is an XRPL wallet owned by your company. You create and manage it lower down on the same Settlement tab.

  • Who uses it: the company Master and settlement managers. Whoever created it, all of them can pay from the same company wallet, and the wallet stays with the company when people change roles or leave.
  • What's different: no app such as Xaman and no browser extension. When paying you enter your payment password (6 digits) and TFlow signs and sends the payment.
  • Creating one: Create company wallet → wallet name (optional). Licensed companies can create up to 3 per company. TFlow then activates it automatically (sends the small amount of XRP an XRPL account needs) and enables T-RLUSD receiving. It usually finishes within 30 seconds; if it fails, click Retry activation on the card.
  • What the card shows: wallet name, address (opens the block explorer), activation status, T-RLUSD and XRP balances
  • Receiving payments: if the seller has no personal wallet, a direct payment is received into the seller company's company wallet automatically.

Payment password

A 6-digit number you enter when paying from a company wallet. Each person sets their own, so the record shows who paid.

  • Set up: Payment password > Set up on the Settlement tab. You may also be prompted the first time you pay from a company wallet. Repeated digits (000000) and sequences (123456) are not allowed.
  • Lock: 5 wrong attempts in a row lock it for 30 minutes. Each wrong attempt tells you how many tries remain.
  • Forgot it: Forgot password → confirm your login password, then set a new one (this also clears the lock). Social-login accounts leave the login password empty.
  • Forgetting the payment password does not affect the wallet or its balance. Set a new one and you can pay right away.

💡 Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q. I don't see the "Settlement Overview" menu in the sidebar. A. This menu is visible only to the company Master or a settlement manager.Visibility conditions If you need access, ask your company Master to assign you as a settlement manager.

Q. I want to assign a settlement manager, but I can't see the tab. A. Only the company Master can assign settlement managers. The Organization > Settlement tab appears only for the Master and settlement managers who are already assigned, and the assignment field appears only for the Master.

Q. I can't see the company wallet list. A. Only the company Master and settlement managers can view and use company wallets. Ask your Master to assign you as a settlement manager. If the create button is greyed out, your company has reached the limit (3).

Q. A card shows amounts in different currencies for each case. A. Status group cards aggregate amounts by currency. When cases in different currencies are mixed, they are displayed separately by currency.

Q. I clicked a case and it took me to the project payment screen. A. That's expected. A case number in the recent cases table links to that project's payment screen (/projects/:id/payment). You can review the details and execution of an individual case there.

Q. Can I also see the company's overall performance (trade volume, revenue) here? A. No. Trade performance such as trade volume and revenue is shown on the Department & Company Dashboards, while the settlement flow — where funds are actually locked and released — is shown on this dashboard.
